Our mission is two fold:

To promote and grow the sport of Short Track Speedskating in Western New York.

To help all skaters reach their individual goals and potential in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Our sponsors assistance in achieving our mission is vital, and greatly appreciated.
All sponsors receive acknowledgment on our website (including a link to their own site) as well as other promotional materials such as member packets and event mailings. Where appropriate we also partner with our sponsors to promote them, utilizing our membership and resources.

Sponsorship Opportinities
Funds
We welcome monetary donations in any amount. The BSC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As such your personal and corporate donations are tax-deductible. Receipts are provided.
Funds are needed to:

Purchase equipment for new skaters, and those in our Learn to Skate Programs. Specifically, boots and blades, helmets, knee guards, neck guards, and sharpening equipment.

Provide Scholarships (full or partial), to skaters unable to meet their membership payment obligations.

Subsidize the purchase of ice time, and help defray the cost of administrative and promotional materials.
Goods and Services

Providing goods and/or services to our club at no cost or at a discount. Examples are:

Providing our membership with a discount at a sports equipment store.

Donating or providing at a reduced cost services such as printing and website design.

Donating or providing at a reduced cost equipment such as boots and blades. Or promotional items like branded water bottles, and t-shirts.
Promotion
We welcome the opportunity to partner with organizations and business. This includes but is not limited to:

Displaying our brochure at your location.
