2022 Off Season Dryland

Dryland Training is off ice skating specific conditioning. Our free spring and summer programs encompass a wide variety of training techniques, including plyometrics, technique drills, running, and stretching.

While our dryland training is short track specific, anyone looking to improve their fitness will benefit from our programs. You do not need to be a member of the BSC to participate. All you need to do is bring running or cross training shoes, something to drink, a towel to wipe away the sweat, and a desire to work hard and have fun.
