Learn To Speedskate
You've seen the U.S. Short Track Speedskating Team in the Olympics. You've seen the grace, the daring and the speed, now it's your turn!
Join us for any 3 sessions, and we'll show you why Short Track is such great fun.
For more information please visit our Learn To Speedskate page.
Off Ice Training Opportunities
Dryland Training is off ice skating specific conditioning. Our free spring and summer programs encompass a wide variety of training techniques, including plyometrics, technique drills, running and stretching.
While our dryland training is short track specific, anyone looking to improve their
fitness will benefit from our programs. You do not need to be a member of the BSC to participate. All you need to do is bring running or cross training shoes, something to drink, a towel to wipe away the sweat, and a desire to work hard and have fun.
For more information please visit our Dryland page.
Buffalo Short Track Championships
We are excited to host the annual Buffalo Short Track Championships. A US Speedskating sanctioned ability meet.
Join us every October for two exciting days of racing. We welcome 150 skaters from throughout the Eastern US and Southern Ontario. Admission is free and open to the public.
For more information please visit our Meet page.
