Regular Season

Our regular season runs from September through March at the Riverside ice rink in Buffalo. On Sundays we skate from 1:00pm to 2:20pm, with a coached warm up at noon. On Wednesdays we skate from 7:00pm to 7:50pm.

In addition, friends of Buffalo Speedskating have dedicated Ice at Buffalo State College on Friday mornings from 8:00am to 9:50am. There are no pads, but for an hour and fifty minutes you can skate laps, working on technique, stamina, and straight-a-way development.

North American Virtual Short Track Masters TT Challenge

Partnering with Milton Speed Skating we offer a unique competitive opportunity for Master skaters in the U.S. and Canada - The North American Virtual Short Track Masters TT Challenge.

The virtual meet gives masters an opportunity to compete without the cost and difficulty of traveling to a physical meet. This allows athletes to see how their times compare to those throughout the U.S. and Canada, while competing on an individual level and for their clubs. For complete info click here.
